Most property rental bookings can be made by clicking on the “Book Now” button on the properties booking availability page. If your booking requires a modification to what is listed, or you have a question, please use the “Contact Us” button to reach out to our team.

Are the rental properties fully furnished?

Yes, all of our properties are fully furnished.

What is included in the rental price?

All short term rentals include utilities, taxes and fees. Long Term rentals will require a security deposit and additional wifi fee and monthly allocated electricity fee.

What is the minimum rental period?

Minimum is three (3) days.

Is there a security deposit required?

Only long term rentals documented with a signed lease require a security deposit.

Can I schedule a tour of the rental properties?

Yes, you can schedule a tour by clicking on the “Request a Tour” link located on the properties page.

Are pets allowed in your rental properties?

Yes, we do allow pets. There is a $50 per pet fee.
