A very comfortable stay ☺ Very comfortable stay. Great room - quiet, dark for a good sleep, large, mountain view. Able to walk to all main sites - 30mins or so but a nice walk and exercise! Didn't use all the hotel spa facilties but what we did was very good. Pool and restaurant on roof very nice. Wide food choice at breakfast. All staff we met were very professional and helpful - we were non-Turkish guests, so grateful for the English spoken. Thanks! ☹ We didn't get told pool closes at 5pm on roof. That would have been good to know - perhaps we missed it. Seems a bit early....

2nd stay and will return again ☺ - Staff mostly attentive (especially mentioning Aslı hanım at the pancake/eggs breakfast station, the older gentlemen servicing the guests (didnt get his name), the complete Almira SPA staff and Gözde Hanım for being open to suggestions and improrvements) - Great facilities, super variety at breakfast, Spa at another level (especially loved massages by Züleyha and Süreyya hanım 🥰) ☹ - while some staff at breakfast does their outmost to help, others just stand and chat (constantly), and when asked for something, give you the "dont bother me" attitude. Management needs to review as it puts burden on other team members (which is a shame) - when big events are happening at the hotel, one side of the hotel tends to become very noisy until late at night. Mentioned it to management that either the isolation in those event rooms needs to be improved or at least guests warned about such disturbances at the hotel entrance / other measures taken. (Management was open to feedback and suggestions, so that was a major plus).

☺La struttura termale fantastica, le stanze impeccabili, la quintessenza dell'eleganza. Il buffet della colazione persino eccessivo, ho visto clienti mettere nel piatto quello che mediamente si mangia in 2 giorni! Un esperienza di prima classe. ☹Veramente tutto bene.
